delaware BeLux seeks a Senior Legal Counsel to guide the business in commercial law, data protection, and AI governance. You’ll review contracts, manage legal risks, and help refine contract management processes while confidently representing our interests in discussions.

Based in Kortrijk and Ghent, you’ll collaborate with the DPO and security teams, travel to other offices as needed, and balance remote work with on-site presence to support a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment.

Qualificações

• Master of Laws with at least 6 years in-house or law firm experience.
• Experience in data protection, technology law, or AI governance is a strong plus.
• Strong knowledge of B2B commercial law and compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Strengthen collaboration with business on commercial law and data protection.
• Perform legal reviews and negotiate a broad range of contracts.
• Manage legal risks across customer and supplier engagements.
• Oversee GDPR compliance and data protection programs with DPO and security teams.
