WARREN in Gent, Belgium is seeking an Insurance Lead to own the full lifecycle of risk covers at the intersection of actuarial and operational excellence. The role includes designing and managing insurance products while ensuring member protection and compliance.

Ideal candidates will have significant experience in life or group insurance with strong actuarial skills, and will communicate effectively with various stakeholders. This position offers a hybrid work model, allowing flexibility while ensuring impactful contribution to the community.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in life insurance, group insurance, or pension fund risk covers.
• Hands-on experience in actuarial roles focused on insurance.
• Ability to communicate complex actuarial concepts clearly.

Responsabilités

• Own the full lifecycle of risk covers.
• Define and evolve the structure of Warren’s supplemental risk covers.
• Manage relationships with reinsurers and TPAs.
• Oversee end-to-end claims process.
