Boston Consulting Group (BCG) invites experienced AI architects to join BCG Platinion's AI Platforms Group in Brussels. You will design and deliver scalable AI and GenAI solutions, from architecture to hands-on implementation, partnering with clients to translate AI visions into real business value.

Ideal candidates have 4–10 years in AI systems, strong Python/AI framework skills, and the ability to explain complex AI concepts to cross-functional teams while advancing responsible AI practices.

What You’ll Do

• Apply Generative AI to solve complex, real‑world business challenges for leading global clients.
• Join BCG’s AI Platforms Group, the firm’s global center of excellence for AI and GenAI platforms.
• Design and deliver scalable AI and Generative AI solutions, from architecture to hands‑on implementation.
• Partner closely with clients to define AI strategies, platforms, and target architectures.
• Translate AI ambition into measurable business impact in collaboration with BCG case teams.
• Combine deep architecture expertise with hands‑on execution, bridging Solution Architect and AI Engineer roles.
• Integrate enterprise‑grade AI and GenAI solutions into existing technology landscapes.
• Work on pioneering AI initiatives in a collaborative, high‑performance environment with strong training and development support.

What You’ll Bring

• A master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Preferably with a focus on artificial intelligence, machine learning, or data science.
• 4–10 years of experience in designing, implementing, and deploying AI systems.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, or R, and familiarity with AI development tools and libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain, or LlamaIndex.
• Knowledge of vector databases and data platforms.
• Own problems end‑to‑end and are willing to pick up whatever knowledge you’re missing to get the job done, ensuring both your team and our clients succeed.
• Proficiency in explaining complex AI concepts to non‑experts and effectively collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
• Skills in designing data models and architectures that support large‑scale AI applications.
• Understanding of and commitment to ethical AI development, including issues of bias, fairness, and transparency.
• Fluency in English, and Dutch or French.
