Boston Consulting Group is seeking an AI Tech Associate to join our international team. You will work with client leadership to understand key IT challenges and help define IT strategies that drive performance.

You will support technical analysis and review IT architectures or IT product evaluations, and prepare IT-related project content and value chains.

You will travel frequently to client sites and collaborate across our European region.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field required or in progress.
• Strong IT skills and internship/working student experience in software development or IT projects beneficial.
• Fluent in English and French or Dutch.

What You'll Do

As an AI Tech Associate, you will work in an international environment, closely with our client's leadership teams to understand their key challenges, define IT strategies, win buy-in for your recommendations and collaborate with BCG case team members across our European region to transform client potential into performance with high-impact assignments.

You'll provide support for the technical analysis and the review of IT architectures or the IT product evaluation for different industries and technical environments

You'll prepare IT-related project content such as the analysis and optimization of IT processes and IT value chains

You'll be responsible for the preparation and follow-up of meetings and presentations and all project related analysis and data.

What You'll Bring

• You will graduate in 2027 with a Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Business Engineering, or a related discipline, and are seeking a job starting in September 2027.
• You possess strong IT skills and have ideally gained practical experience through internships or as a working student in software development, IT project management, or IT service processes.
• You are Fluent in English, and in either French or Dutch.
• You are flexible, curious, and creative, open to new experiences, and capable of proposing innovative ideas.
• Driven with excellent communication capabilities, hard-working, entrepreneurial, proactive, and a team player.
• Willingness to travel frequently (abroad) and work on client sites.
