Everience recherche un Senior Java Developer pour renforcer l'équipe Risk Management. Vous concevrez et livrerez des solutions logicielles de haute qualité, mentorerez les développeurs et favoriserez l'excellence technique.

Rejoignez une équipe dynamique d'environ 180 professionnels et contribuez à des projets B2B en Belgique, en veillant à la robustesse et à l'innovation continues des plateformes Java.

Qualifications

• Diplôme Bachelor ou Master en informatique, génie logiciel ou équivalent.
• Au moins 7 années d'expérience en développement Java.
• Expertise Java 11/17, Spring Framework (v5+), Spring MVC.
• Conception REST API et architecture microservices.
• Front-end Vue.js (ou équivalent) et HTML/CSS réactif.
• Déploiements cloud (Azure/Azure DevOps) et pipelines CI/CD.
• Méthodologies Agile et pratiques DevOps.
• Excellentes compétences en résolution de problèmes, communication et leadership.

Responsabilités

• Collaborer avec les parties prenantes pour affiner les besoins et aligner les solutions sur les objectifs.
• Concevoir et mettre en œuvre des applications Java évolutives en suivant les meilleures pratiques.
• Diriger le développement de composants critiques et assurer les livrables à temps.
• Encadrer les développeurs juniors et promouvoir une culture d'apprentissage continu.
• Maintenir la qualité du code via les revues et les tests.
• Déboguer et résoudre les incidents, assurer la fiabilité du système.
• Documenter les solutions techniques et communiquer efficacement avec les équipes.
• Rester à jour sur les technologies Java et proposer des solutions innovantes.

We are looking for a Senior Java Developer to strengthen the Risk Management team. In this role, you will design and deliver high-quality software solutions, mentor developers, and drive technical excellence.

As part of the B2B Belgium Business Platform, you'll join a dynamic team of around 180 professionals-125 focused on business and 60 on IS and Data-dedicated to serving B2B customers in Belgium with innovative energy solutions.

Your Challenges:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to refine requirements and align solutions with business goals.
• Design and implement scalable Java applications following best practices.
• Lead development of critical components and ensure timely delivery.
• Mentor junior developers and promote a culture of continuous learning.
• Maintain high code quality through reviews and testing.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues, ensuring system reliability.
• Document technical solutions and communicate effectively with teams.
• Stay current with Java technologies and introduce innovative solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of professional experience in Java development.
• Strong expertise in:
• Java 11/17
• Spring Framework (v5+), Spring MVC
• REST API design and microservices architecture
• Front-end frameworks (Vue.js preferred), responsive HTML/CSS
• Hands-on experience with cloud deployments (Microsoft Azure/Azure DevOps) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
