Everience recherche un développeur senior React pour rejoindre une squad agile, concevoir et maintenir des solutions digitales innovantes destinées aux grandes entreprises. Vous travaillerez sur des interfaces web modernes avec React et contribuerez au backend en Java lorsque nécessaire.

Le candidat idéal possède une expérience solide en JavaScript, React, Scrum et DevOps, avec une connaissance des principes SOLID et TDD. CDI proposé dans un cadre international et stimulant.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 ans d'expérience professionnelle pertinente en développement logiciel.
• Expérience avérée dans des environnements Agile.

Responsabilités

• Traduire les besoins métiers en code de haute qualité et maintenable.
• Concevoir, construire et maintenir des applications évolutives et performantes.
• Développer principalement des solutions front-end avec React.
• Contribuer au développement back-end en Java et Spring si nécessaire.
• Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les analystes, les tests, les développeurs et les parties prenantes.
• Intégrer les applications avec des API externes et des sources de données.
• Assurer la performance, la qualité et la réactivité des applications.
• Appliquer les meilleures pratiques et standards de codage.
• Identifier les goulets d'étranglement, dépanner et corriger les bugs.
• Participer aux activités DevOps au sein de l'équipe.

Do you want to play a key role in the Agile transformation?

You will join the CCE-E (Channels & Customer Experience for Enterprises) tribe, which serves as the primary digital entry point for corporate clients. The tribe has end-to-end responsibility for the bank's digital channels, including web and mobile applications dedicated to enterprise customers.

Working within multidisciplinary Agile squads, you will collaborate with both business and IT professionals to design, build, and maintain innovative digital solutions.

This is a long-term opportunity within a stable environment, where the team is looking to strengthen its capabilities and establish a lasting collaboration following an initial onboarding period.

Your Role:

As a Senior React Developer, you will join an Agile squad composed of both internal and external team members and contribute to the full software development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into high-quality, maintainable code.
• Design, build and maintain scalable, performant, and reliable applications.
• Develop primarily front-end solutions using React.
• Contribute to backend development using Java and Spring Framework when required.
• Collaborate closely with analysts, testers, developers, and product stakeholders.
• Integrate applications with external APIs and data sources.
• Ensure application performance, quality, and responsiveness.
• Apply software development best practices and coding standards.
• Identify bottlenecks, troubleshoot issues, and resolve bugs.
• Participate in DevOps-related activities within the squad.

Mandatory Skills

• Strong expertise in JavaScript (Core JS)
• Practical experience working in Scrum teams.
• Proven experience with React
• Solid knowledge of Git
