Nexeo is seeking a Back-End Developer in Belgium to analyze customer issues and support global development and deployment efforts. The role involves coordinating with R&D, guiding customers, and validating fixes to align with expectations.

A strong background in C and Android, plus experience with migration and integration, is required. Fluency in French and English is essential, and responsibilities include leading technical discussions with clients.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in computer science, information technology or another relevant field of study.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience.
• Excellent level of French AND English.
• Experience on software migration and system integration.
• Experience in working with ticketing system and software application version management.
• Able to understand coding flow in terms of C & Android technology and basic software architecture.
• Able to develop sample code when needed.
• Log analysis and troubleshooting.

Responsabilités

• Analyze issues reported by the customer or his partner.
• Provide daily support for development and for terminal configuration globally.
• Identify dysfunction causes and provide recommendations with R&D support.
• Guide customer to implement corrections and validate solutions.
• Coordinate with R&D to align products and solutions with customer needs.
• Lead technical meetings between customer and R&D when needed.
