V-IT NV in Brussels is seeking an experienced Java Angular Developer to contribute to a Legacy Application Modernization project. You will work on a new budget management application using Angular for the front end and Java/Spring for the back end, in a hybrid setup (3 days onsite) in Brussels, Belgium.

Required are Dutch or French language skills, English proficiency, and a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree with 7+ years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience developing Java/Spring applications in a collaborative team environment.
• Minimum 3 years of experience with Angular (v14+) development.
• Experience with legacy application modernization or migration projects.

Responsabilités

• Actively participate in the development of the new application.
• Contribute to corrective and evolutionary maintenance.
• Support application deployments to production.
• Collaborate closely with functional and technical teams.
• Participate in technical discussions, project meetings, and progress reviews.
