Next Ventures, on behalf of a client in the logistics and supply chain sector, is seeking a Software Engineer to build and modernize internal applications using Java and Angular.

The role is 100% on-site in Brussels, with a 12-month contract and potential extension; start date 01/09/2026; on-call rotation and flexible 4/5 on-site work week available.

You will collaborate with stakeholders and Agile teams to deliver reliable software, covering the full development lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Experience with Java and Angular, full-stack development, and business applications.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work closely with end users to continuously improve software and processes.

Responsabilités

• Develop, maintain, and modernize business-critical internal applications using Java and Angular.
• Work across the full software development lifecycle, from gathering business requirements to designing solutions, developing, testing, deploying, and supporting applications.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and Agile teams to drive automation, process improvements, and continuous innovation.
