ITproposal is seeking a Senior Java Full Stack Application Developer to join Agile teams for transforming a large public-sector organization. You will design, develop, and enhance enterprise applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams in a Scrum environment.

Responsibilities include building Java-based apps, frontend work with Angular, REST APIs, microservices, and robust testing with JUnit/Mockito.

Qualifications

• Expert experience with Java, Spring, Hibernate, JPA, Angular, and Agile/Scrum.
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, PostgreSQL, JUnit, Mockito, and Docker.
• Experience with Microservices, Bootstrap, MongoDB, TDD, and Keycloak.
• Knowledge of Kafka and RabbitMQ is an advantage.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence is a plus.
• Previous experience in the public sector is beneficial.
