Job summary

IQ-EQ is seeking a senior accounting technical expert to lead reviews of bookkeeping, financial statements, and tax returns across BeGAAP, Lux GAAP, IFRS and US GAAP. You’ll serve as the technical reference for SPVs and investment funds in Belgium and Luxembourg, guiding accounting teams and ensuring regulatory compliance.

You’ll oversee use of Navigator WF, Navigator Doc, and QICS while driving process improvements and risk remediation.

Qualifications

6-8 years of professional accounting experience.
Registered with and licensed by ITAA.
Fluent in English with native-level French or Dutch; additional languages a plus.

Responsibilities

Conduct technical reviews of accounting deliverables across bookkeeping, financial statements, management reporting, and tax returns.
Manage a portfolio of clients (SPVs and alternative investment funds) across Belgium and Luxembourg as the technical reference.
Provide technical guidance to Accounting and GCD teams to ensure consistent application of standards.
Oversee use of internal systems and tools (Navigator WF, Navigator Doc, QICS) and participate in process improvements.
Identify and remediate technical risks and errors to meet regulatory and client expectations.
