Job summary

ictjob.be is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to lead a Workforce Management project in Belgium. You will oversee RFP analysis, supplier evaluation, and the full project lifecycle, coordinating HR, IT, and procurement teams.

The role involves managing scope, budget, resources, and risks, plus reporting to Steering Committee and PMO. You will work with an external supplier delivering the application for employee scheduling, time management, and evaluations.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of HR processes and experience delivering a similar project is highly desirable.
• RFP analysis & supplier evaluation: analyze proposals against requirements, identify gaps and risks.

Responsibilities

• RFP analysis & supplier evaluation: analyze proposals against business and technical requirements, compare implementation approaches, identify gaps and risks, and support supplier selection.
• Project management: lead the full project lifecycle, managing scope, planning, budget, resources, quality and change.
• Business & IT coordination: work with HR stakeholders, Business Analysts and technical teams to clarify requirements and ensure the solution meets business needs.
• Supplier management: coordinate the supplier's activities, monitor commitments and deliverables, and manage dependencies with internal teams.
• Application implementation: oversee configuration, integrations, data migration and deployment of the supplier-delivered application.
• Testing & UAT: coordinate testing and user acceptance with HR and business teams, ensuring issues are addressed before go-live.
• Reporting & governance: prepare weekly status reports, Steering Committee presentations and PMO updates, following established project management standards.
• Risk & issue management: identify risks, track mitigation actions and resolve or elevate issues.
• Change & rollout: coordinate communication, training, business readiness and transition to operational support.
• Team leadership: functionally manage up to five team members, including Business Analysts, developers and testers.
