EUROPEAN DYNAMICS Group is seeking a highly experienced Project Manager to oversee end-to-end software projects. The role includes coordinating with a major client’s IT team, working remotely with on-site collaboration as needed, and ensuring delivery aligns with business objectives, budgets, timelines and quality standards.

The ideal candidate has a Master’s degree in IT, 10+ years in software projects, strong experience with JIRA/Confluence, and formal PM certifications.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in IT or a related field required.
• Minimum 10 years in software development projects.
• Proven experience in analysing requirements and creating user stories.
• Extensive experience with Agile environments and Scrum/Lean methodologies.
• PM certifications such as PM2, PMP or PRINCE2 preferred.

Responsabilités

• Manage end-to-end project delivery with focus on objectives, budgets, timelines and quality.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define scope, requirements and implementation plans.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets and resources.
• Lead teams, coordinate activities and review deliverables.
• Monitor progress, risks, costs and resources; implement corrective actions.
