SEIDOR is seeking an experienced Senior IT Project Manager to join our Brussels team for an international IT project (EUROPEAN NATIONALS ONLY). You will define scope and governance, lead cross-functional teams, and drive Agile ceremonies while coordinating with Product Owners and steering committees.

The role requires a strong background in IT project delivery within Agile/Scrum, extensive governance documentation, and strong risk and stakeholder management skills to ensure successful project

Qualificações

• Minimum 15 years of relevant professional experience.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Information Systems, or an equivalent field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience managing IT projects within an Agile/Scrum delivery model.
• Minimum 4 years of experience managing project scope, schedules, budgets, and risk registers.
• Minimum 3 years of experience preparing and presenting governance documentation, including progress reports, dashboards, and decision notes, to steering committees or equivalent governance bodies.
• Minimum 3 years of experience using issue-tracking and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, or equivalent.

Responsabilidades

• Define project scope, objectives, and governance in accordance with Agile@PM² methodology.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including Project Charters, Project Handbooks, and Project Work Plans.
• Plan, monitor, and control project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and issues throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, architects, and testers.
• Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to manage and prioritise product and sprint backlogs.
• Prepare and present project progress reports, dashboards, and steering committee documentation.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, escalating critical issues when necessary.
• Manage stakeholder communications, expectations, and project governance activities.
• Coordinate procurement, contractual obligations, and vendor-management activities.
• Ensure quality assurance and compliance with project management standards.
• Oversee project closure, lessons learned, and handover to operational teams.
