Job summary

DigiTribe is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager in Belgium to lead complex IT initiatives for major players in financial services and regulated industries. You will own delivery from start to finish, aligning business, IT and external stakeholders around clear objectives.

The role requires 8+ years in IT with at least 5 years as a PM on complex programs, and fluency in English plus French and/or Dutch. You will manage budgets, governance and cross-functional teams in a dynamic, regulated

Qualifications

8+ years in IT, with at least 5 years as a Project Manager on complex programs.
Proven track record in large organisations, ideally banking/insurance/financial markets.
Fluent English and French and/or Dutch.

Responsibilities

Lead IT projects end to end, covering scope, planning, budget, resources, risks and quality.
Set up and run project governance, including steering committees, reporting and decision logs.
Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, internal and external, across business and IT.
Manage dependencies, risks and issues, escalating when needed.
Ensure compliance with internal methodologies, regulatory requirements and security standards.
Drive delivery in Agile, Waterfall or hybrid setups, depending on context.
Report clearly to senior management and sponsors.
