Job summary

Vector Synergy is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead IT and C4ISR projects in a NATO/NCI context. You will plan and manage projects, develop robust business cases, and ensure delivery per strict procurement and governance standards.

An engineering background and strong leadership are essential to drive cross-functional teams and complex initiatives. You will coordinate with sponsors and stakeholders to secure funding, manage risk, and deliver capabilities on time and within scope.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years post-degree experience; exceptional cases may waive degree with relevant expertise.
• Prince2 Practitioner or PMP certification; alternative formal qualifications may be offset by proven experience.
• 3+ years project management in a large IT organisation.
• Proven success as a project team manager/leader in C4ISR acquisitions; engineering background and technical leadership.

Responsibilities

• Planning, implementing and managing assigned projects per NATO and NCI Agency PM policies.
• Developing business cases including procurement strategy, benefits and risk analyses, proposals and statements of work.
• Executing management, coordination and quality assurance functions for successful delivery of capabilities and services.

Bachelor's degree

3+ years post-degree experience

3+ years PM experience in large-scale IT
