Job summary

NCIM is seeking a Senior Project Manager in Belgium to lead complex IT/C4ISR initiatives in line with NATO regulations and agency policies. You will drive business cases, secure funding, and oversee timely, on-budget delivery with rigorous QA and stakeholder reporting.

Applicants should hold a related bachelor’s degree with 3+ years PM experience, and a recognised project management certification. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline with 3 years post-related experience.
• PRINCE2 Practitioner or PMP certification.
• Three years PM experience in a large IT organization.
• Experience in planning, design, system engineering and implementation of C4ISR comms.
• Knowledge of NATO or national governmental policy and procurement.
• Strong written and spoken communication skills.
• Deputize for higher grade staff (Principal Project Manager).

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement and manage assignments per NATO regulations and NCI Agency policies.
• Develop business cases including procurement strategy and risk analyses.
• Deliver projects within defined scope, time, cost and quality tolerances.
• Coordinate resources, monitor KPIs and report variances to stakeholders.
• Lead meetings with team members and external customers.
• Maintain artefacts and support ongoing project planning and risk management.
