Rhox is seeking a senior IT team manager to lead the maintenance and development of GIS applications for asset and network data. You will guide analysts, developers, project managers and a technical architect supporting office and field users through desktop and web applications.

Responsibilities include prioritising team activities, coaching members, managing GIS project portfolios, aligning with business and architecture teams, and ensuring SLAs through monitoring and proactive maintenance.

Qualificações

• Five years managing or coordinating IT teams in medium-sized or large organisations.
• Five years of project management experience.
• Proven experience leading IT delivery teams, including at least 8 FTE.
• Proven experience with ITIL.
• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Industrial Engineering, Science or Computer Science.
• French, C1.

Responsabilidades

• Prioritise team activities to match resources with workload.
• Coach team members to support their individual development.
• Manage the GIS project portfolio against scope, budget and timelines.
• Define the domain's direction with business and architecture teams.
• Oversee application support and maintenance within agreed SLAs.
• Organise application monitoring to maintain stable and efficient operation.
