DigiTribe is seeking a Senior IT Capacity Management Engineer to drive capacity and performance for Open Systems technologies, including Windows and Linux platforms. You will monitor capacity, investigate incidents, and participate in design and testing to ensure non-functional requirements are met.

Strong analytical skills and experience with ESXi/AHV/OpenShift are essential. You will work within the Capacity Management team, collaborating on capacity plans, post-launch follow-ups, and capacity

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of experience in IT capacity management and performance engineering processes.
• Experience with virtualized Windows and/or Linux systems on ESX or AHV is required.
• Must-have platforms: VMware ESXi, Nutanix AHV, OpenShift.
• Must-have tools: Splunk, VMware vSphere Client, Nutanix Prism, Dynatrace, PowerMax, ECS, Cohesity, SQL, Excel, REST API, Ansible, Perfmon, Linux PCP.

Responsabilités

• Daily monitoring of capacity and performance for open systems platforms.
• Investigate incidents and collaborate on monthly capacity plan publications.
• Participate in projects to ensure capacity processes are applied during design and testing phases.
• Post-launch follow-up and capacity modelling.
