Operations Manager - Tasks & Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operations of Infrastructure, Operations, and Internal IT teams, ensuring service continuity, operational excellence, and delivery of key initiatives.
• Coordinate incident management, problem resolution, escalations, and service improvement activities across production environments.
• Drive the evolution of infrastructure platforms, including Linux systems, virtualization, containers, automation, and observability solutions.
• Manage team priorities, workloads, and stakeholder expectations while fostering accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure operational compliance with security standards, governance requirements, and infrastructure best practices.
