Technology & Risk Recruitment seeks an IT Business Analyst for mobile applications in Brussels on a hybrid basis. The role emphasizes structuring and delivering mobile apps from user journeys to UX/UI, development, testing and UAT.

We require 6–8+ years as an IT BA, solid mobile digital product experience, and strong collaboration with UX/UI, development and QA teams in a multinational environment. Fluency in French or Dutch and English is essential.

Qualifications

• 6–8+ years' experience as IT Business Analyst/Functional Analyst.
• Proven experience on mobile application development or mobile digital products.
• Strong understanding of user journeys and end-to-end digital experiences.
• Experience translating business requirements into detailed functional specifications, epics and acceptance criteria.
• Strong backlog management and Agile delivery experience, including UAT support.
• Fluent French or Dutch and strong English in multinational environments.

Responsabilités

• Gather, challenge and clarify business and user requirements.
• Define and structure detailed end-to-end user journeys.
• Identify variants, exceptions and accessibility requirements.
• Translate business needs into features, screens, epics, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Prepare functional UX/UI specifications, wireflows and functional behaviours.
• Define application states including loading, error, offline and edge cases.
• Work with UX/UI designers to ensure journey/screen consistency.
• Own and maintain a clear product backlog and structure dependencies for Agile refinements.
• Collaborate with developers and QA teams to clarify expected behaviour.
• Support QA and UAT activities with test scenarios and traceability.
• Maintain functional documentation and repositories (Confluence).
• Facilitate workshops with stakeholders across business, tech and UX/UI.
