The ideal candidate will be a native French or Dutch speaker, with strong credentials in intellectual property law, and a keen interest in life sciences and healthcare. This position offers substantial growth opportunities in a collaborative and innovative environment.

Qualifications

• 4 to 8 years' experience in intellectual property law from a reputable law firm.
• Strong technical grounding in IP law, especially in patents and trade secrets.
• Native French or Dutch speaker with excellent English proficiency.

Responsabilités

• Handle patent disputes and advise on R&D collaborations.
• Conduct trade secrets audits and negotiate technology transfer agreements.
• Work on matters intersecting IP, technology, and data.
