You will advise and represent innovative clients across Soft & Hard IP matters, combining advisory work and litigation. Fluency in Dutch and English is required, with passive knowledge of French.

You will join a highly regarded IP team with international exposure and opportunities for long-term career growth within a market-leading practice.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in Intellectual Property Law.
• Outstanding academic record.
• Strong expertise in either Soft IP or Hard IP; experience in both is highly desirable.
• Fluent in Dutch and English, with passive knowledge of French.

Responsabilités

• Advising clients on a broad spectrum of Intellectual Property matters.
• Handling both advisory and litigation work.
• Working across Soft IP and Hard IP matters.
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams on innovation, technology and data-related projects.
• Building long-term relationships with Belgian and international clients.
• Contributing to the continued growth of a leading IP practice.
