confidential is a top-tier international law firm in Brussels with a leading IP practice. We seek an IP Lawyer with 4–7 years of experience to advise on patents, trademarks, copyrights and designs and to assist in IP litigation and enforcement before Belgian and European courts.

You will draft memoranda and client advice, manage IP portfolios, and collaborate with senior lawyers on cross-border matters, benefiting from mentoring, early responsibility and excellent training in an international

Qualifications

4 to 7 years of experience in Intellectual Property Law.
Fluent in Dutch and English; French is considered an asset.
Strong academic background or experience within a high-quality IP practice.
Genuine interest in both Soft IP and Hard IP.
Proactive, organised and eager to continue developing technical expertise.

Responsabilités

Advise clients on patents, trademarks, copyrights and designs.
Assist in IP litigation and enforcement proceedings before Belgian and European courts.
Draft legal memoranda, pleadings and client advice.
Advise on IP portfolio management, licensing and commercial agreements.
Monitor developments in Belgian, European and international IP law.
Collaborate with senior lawyers on complex cross-border matters.
