Qualifications

• 4 to 7 years of experience in Intellectual Property Law.
• Fluent in Dutch and English; French is considered an asset.
• Strong academic background or experience within a high-quality IP practice.
• Genuine interest in both Soft IP and Hard IP.
• Proactive, organised and eager to continue developing technical expertise.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on patents, trademarks, copyrights and designs.
• Assist in IP litigation and enforcement proceedings before Belgian and European courts.
• Draft legal memoranda, pleadings and client advice.
• Advise on IP portfolio management, licensing and commercial agreements.
• Monitor developments in Belgian, European and international IP law.
• Collaborate with senior lawyers on complex cross-border matters.
