PwC Belgium's Assurance team is seeking a Senior Manager to lead insurance transformation programmes, partnering with clients to shape risk, governance and control environments across the business.

You will drive end-to-end initiatives across underwriting, claims and finance, mentor teams and deliver tangible impact in a collaborative, inclusive setting with a flexible hybrid work model and opportunities to grow with leading Belgian and international clients.

About the team

You'll be part of our Financial Services Governance, Risk & Compliance team within Assurance , supporting leading insurance and financial services organisations.

That's where you come in. You'll advise top players in the Belgian and international market and play a key role in helping them navigate transformation in a controlled, compliant and future-ready way.

You’ll help clients strengthen their operating models, improve control frameworks and embed sustainable, technology-enabled processes.

What your day will look like

You'll take ownership of transformation engagements and deliver tangible impact:

• Lead end-to-end insurance transformation programmes, from strategy to implementation
• Drive process and digital improvements across underwriting, claims and finance, balancing efficiency, data and risk control
• Strengthen governance, risk and compliance frameworks, ensuring regulatory alignment and audit readiness
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing clear, strategic insights on transformation and market developments
• Lead and coach teams, ensuring high-quality delivery, collaboration and continuous improvement
