As a part of our CMAAS team (Capital Markets Accounting Advisory Services), you will provide strategic, technical and operational advice, including digital solutions, as well as hands‑on support in transactions (acquisitions, divestitures), IPOs, debt offerings, accounting change projects (IFRS, US GAAP, IPSAS, etc.) and other modern and sustainable solutions in accounting , financial and non‑financial reporting. Our clients include prestigious multinational companies, both domestic and foreign, listed and non‑listed, as well as governments and international public sector organizations. You may have the possibility to travel and work on international engagements. We are a leading and dynamic team, always investing in innovative and relevant solutions for our clients, and want you on board to shape the financial reporting of the future with us. As a manager, you will work under the supervision of several senior managers/directors and you will progressively build up your skills and client relationships at their full satisfaction. You will also work in a team with PwC colleagues of other departments (valuation, finance and performance management, digital experts, actuaries, etc.) to offer our clients integrated solutions that are relevant to their needs. A master degree in (Applied) Economics, Finance, Law or comparable field Solid technical accounting skills (knowledge of/experience in international accounting is a plus) and an appetite to learn and grow. Minimum 5 years of experience in audit, financial controlling or international accounting. You are fluent in Dutch and/or French, with full professional proficiency in English A team player attitude, like to take initiatives and you are eager to learn. Strong people and communication skills; an analytical and critical mind‑set; excellent project management, planning and organisation skills.
