Proximus Group in Brussels, Belgium, is seeking a CI/CD & Developer Experience Engineer to optimize the software delivery lifecycle for .NET apps. The role focuses on CI/CD automation, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Kubernetes, and OpenShift, while enhancing the overall Developer Experience from IDE setup to production deployment.

You will work 40 hrs/week in a dynamic team, with an emphasis on collaboration and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience with .NET/C# development.
• Hands-on experience with GitHub Actions and Jenkins.
• Strong understanding of Kubernetes (K8s) and OpenShift.
• Experience with container technologies (Docker).
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, and DevOps practices.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsabilités

• Design, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines for .NET applications.
• Develop and support GitHub Actions workflows and Jenkins pipelines.
• Manage and improve deployment processes on Kubernetes and OpenShift.
• Support the end-to-end Developer Experience journey, from development environments and tooling to application deployment.
• Act as the main point of contact for developer tools and platforms supported by the team.
• Troubleshoot build, deployment, and platform issues.
• Integrate security and quality controls into delivery pipelines.
• Support development teams with DevOps, CI/CD, and platform best practices.
• Contribute to platform modernization and automation initiatives.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a CI/CD & Developer Experience Engineer to support and improve the software delivery lifecycle for.NET applications. The role focuses on CI/CD automation, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Kubernetes, and OpenShift while contributing to the overall Developer Experience journey, from IDE setup and development tools to deployment and operations.

Key Responsibilities

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in software engineering, DevOps, CI/CD, platform engineering, or Developer Experience.
