Consort Group in Brussels, Belgium is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to design and operate cloud environments supporting legacy and new assets in a hybrid On-Premise and Cloud ecosystem.

You will build and run CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins, automate deployments with Terraform and Ansible, and contribute to containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes, while ensuring reliability across production.

• Implement Infrastructure as Code and deployment automation.

• Automate application build and deployment processes with Maven and Helm.
• Implement release orchestration, including application packages, runbooks and deployment workflows.
• Support and troubleshoot production environments across On-Premise and Cloud.
• Monitor and maintain automated deployment and release processes.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure, application and deployment issues.
• Ensure the reliability and consistency of CI/CD and automation platforms.
• Maintain and improve existing DevOps tooling and processes.
• Contribute to CI/CD and Continuous Testing practices.
• Support development and testing teams with tooling to deliver efficiently.

As a DevOps Engineer – Expert, you will help build and operate cloud environments supporting both legacy and new assets within a demanding hybrid On-Premise and Cloud ecosystem.

Build Side

• Design and implement new DevOps technologies, tools and automation solutions
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins
• Automate deployments of Middleware, Database and Web components using Terraform and Ansible

• Support and troubleshoot production environments across On-Premise and Cloud

• Troubleshoot infrastructure, application and deployment issues
• Ensure the reliability and consistency of CI/CD and automation platforms
• Maintain and improve existing DevOps tooling and processes
• Contribute to Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery and Continuous Testing practices
• Support development and testing teams with the tooling required to deliver efficiently

You have at least 6 years of experience in demanding DevOps environments. You enjoy automation, troubleshooting and building reliable deployment solutions, and you are constantly looking for ways to improve existing processes and technologies.

You have developed strong experience in DevOps, Cloud and infrastructure automation, working across complex production environments. You are looking for a role where you can combine technical expertise, autonomy and collaboration while contributing to the evolution of modern and legacy platforms.

This Is Your Expertise

• Strong practical experience with Linux, Shell scripting and Python
• Solid experience with Cloud and On-Premise production environments
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery and DevOps practices
• Hands-on experience with Jenkins, Terraform, Ansible, Docker and Kubernetes
• Good knowledge of Java and containerized application environments
• Experience with Maven, Git, Nexus and Helm
• Knowledge of PostgreSQL, Redis, Node.js and/or Spring Boot is a plus
• Experience with Digital.ai is a plus
• Good understanding of architecture rules, standards and Agile methodologies
• Fluent English; French and/or Dutch is a plus
