WPP is seeking a Manager Implementation Planning to bridge strategy, media planning, and client relationships. You will translate complex strategies into flawless tactical planning and execution, owning campaigns from concept to delivery. You bring 5–8 years in media or client services, strong digital media knowledge, and exceptional communication.

Dutch and English fluency are required, French an asset. This role offers a senior, collaborative environment with opportunities to mentor and grow

Competenze

• Minimum 5-8 years of experience in media, digital planning, or client services.
• Strong knowledge of digital media and today's media landscape.
• Experience in a client-facing environment and managing complex client relationships.
• Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to turn data into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent communication skills and the credibility to engage effectively with both clients and colleagues.
• Proactive, autonomous, and solution-oriented.
• Collaborative and approachable, while remaining assertive and decisive when required.
• Fluent in Dutch and English. Knowledge of French is a strong asset.

Mansioni

• Develop and coordinate integrated media and digital plans for one of our largest clients.
• Translate strategic recommendations into concrete and actionable media plans.
• Act as a senior point of contact for clients and build strong long-term partnerships.
• Coordinate the implementation of campaigns across multiple media channels.
• Work closely with specialists in activation, communication planning, data & analytics, and client teams.
• Monitor campaign performance and develop optimization recommendations based on data and insights.
• Ensure timelines, quality standards, and budgets are managed throughout the planning process.
• Coach and mentor less experienced team members and contribute to their professional development.
