Futurwork is seeking an ICT security specialist to safeguard critical systems within a leading energy infrastructure context. You will collaborate across ICT and business teams to translate needs into actionable security solutions, develop governance procedures, and apply industry standards such as NIST, CIS, ISO27001/2 and IEC62443.

Experience as an ISO 27001 auditor is a plus, with strong analytical skills and independent, proactive, team-oriented work style.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in ICT security and security governance.
• Knowledge of security frameworks (NIST, CIS, ISO27001/2, IEC62443).
• ISO 27001 auditor experience is a plus
• Application and infrastructure architecture familiarity
• Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
• Strong communication and analytical skills

• Collaborate across ICT and business stakeholders to anticipate needs and translate them into actionable solutions.
• Create clear procedures for security governance to improve efficiency and collaboration.
• Analyze, document, and improve business and security requirements using industry standards (NIST, CIS, ISO27001/2, IEC62443).
• Assess existing infrastructure and gather insights from application, operations, and business teams.
• Identify improvement opportunities and present practical, forward-thinking solutions.
• Bottom-up research for diagnostics and impact analysis.
• Communicate clearly and translate technical concepts into user-friendly language.
• Be independent and proactive while contributing as a strong team player.
