Job summary

Bimona is seeking an ICT Security Officer to join our Brussels-based team, delivering ISMS management and security governance across office and industrial environments.

You will collaborate with ICT and business teams, analyse requirements per NIST, CIS, ISO 27001/2 and IEC 62443, and translate them into practical security controls. Five years of ICT security and functional analysis experience are required.

Qualifications

• Five years of ICT security and functional analysis experience.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to define problems, clarify requirements and propose solutions.
• Good knowledge of NIST, CIS, ISO 27001/2 and IEC 62443.
• Understanding of application and infrastructure architecture.
• Ability to investigate technical environments in detail to support troubleshooting, diagnosis and impact analysis.
• Fluency in Dutch or French (spoken) and English (written).

We are looking for an ICT Security Officer for an organisation with both office and industrial environments. You will be responsible for managing and assessing the Information Security Management System (ISMS), bringing at least five years of experience in ICT security and functional analysis.

• Collaborate with ICT and business teams to understand their needs and translate them into practical, effective solutions.
• Develop procedures for security governance to improve clarity and collaboration within the ICT team.
• Analyse and document business and security requirements based on NIST, CIS, ISO 27001/2 and IEC 62443, keeping them up to date where necessary.
• Assess existing infrastructure and business systems in collaboration with application, operations and business teams.
• Identify areas for improvement and propose solutions that are both effective and feasible in practice.

Profiel

• At least five years of experience in ICT security and functional analysis.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to define problems, clarify requirements and propose appropriate solutions.
• Good knowledge of NIST, CIS, ISO 27001/2 and IEC 62443.
• Understanding of application and infrastructure architecture.
• Ability to investigate technical environments in detail to support troubleshooting, diagnosis and impact analysis.
• Strong listening and communication skills, with the ability to ask targeted questions and explain technical concepts in clear, accessible language.
• Fluency in either Dutch or French (spoken) and English (written).

Nice to have: Experience as an ISO 27001 auditor.
