Job summary

AETHER seeks a Senior ICT Security Officer to govern ISMS for office and industrial environments. You will translate security needs into actionable governance across ICT and business teams, drawing on NIST, CIS, ISO27001/2, and IEC62443.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in ICT security with strong analytical skills, ISO 27001 auditing experience, architecture awareness, and fluent English plus Dutch or French. This role offers intrapreneurial projects and international exposure.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in ICT security and functional analysis.
• Strong analytical skills to define problems, clarify requirements, and propose solutions.
• Solid understanding of security frameworks: NIST, CIS, ISO27001/2, and IEC62443.
• Experience as an ISO 27001 auditor is a plus.
• Familiarity with application and infrastructure architecture.
• Ability to explain technical concepts in user-friendly language.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate across teams: Engage with ICT and business stakeholders to anticipate their needs and translate them into actionable solutions.
• Create clear processes: Develop security governance procedures that improve efficiency and collaboration across relevant teams.
• Analyze, document, and improve business and security requirements using industry standards (NIST, CIS, ISO27001/2, IEC62443).
• Assess existing infrastructure and business systems and gather input from application, operations, and business teams.
• Identify improvement opportunities and present practical, forward-looking solutions.
