Orange Belgium is seeking a proactive sales professional to drive growth across Belgian Medium and Corporate markets. You will nurture existing client relationships, cross-sell and up-sell ICT solutions, and identify new business opportunities by presenting Orange’s innovative ICT products to decision-makers.

You will cover all of Belgium with focus on Flemish Brabant and Limburg, engaging stakeholders at all levels to prioritise Orange ICT in budgets and digital transformations.

Qualifications

• Minimum graduate degree or equivalent through experience.
• Several years of experience in a sales-oriented role with prospecting and customer acquisition.
• Knowledge of ICT market and relevant ICT certifications (UCC, IT networking, IT security) is a strong asset.

Responsabilités

• Manage and grow a portfolio of existing customers, increasing sales through cross- and up-selling while ensuring satisfaction.
• Develop an account plan and establish high-level relationships to execute it.
• Collaborate with Pre-Sales/Solution Architects to tailor proposals and negotiate terms to close deals.
• Coordinate internal and external follow-up to close the sales and manage signed offers.
• Work with internal departments to fulfill client needs and drive yearly sales targets.
• Take commercial actions to increase customer satisfaction in line with OBE strategy.
