Infrabel in Brussels is seeking a Senior ICT Demand Manager to lead the central ICT demand management process, collaborating with BRMs and ICT teams to clearly define and prioritize requests. You will analyze requirements, coordinate with Enterprise Architecture and Security, and develop dashboards and indicators to support governance and decision making.

You will join a team dedicated to streamlining processes and enabling reliable mobility for Belgium's railway infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Fluency in French (C2), Dutch (B2), and English (B1).
• Nice to have Power BI UCMDB.

Responsabilités

• Manage and coordinate the central ICT demand management process.
• Assist BRMs in defining, structuring, and prioritizing ICT needs.
• Analyze requests to identify impacts, feasibility, risks, and stakeholders.
• Coordinate requests with various ICT teams, including Enterprise Architecture and Security.
• Guide requests through governance and decision-making processes.
• Develop, digitize, standardize, and simplify demand management processes.
• Develop and monitor key indicators, dashboards, and management reports.
• Facilitate collaboration across demand management, projects, and operations.

Formation

Master's Degree Or Equivalent Experience Required.
