You will own the backlog, coordinate with business and IT stakeholders, guide delivery across squads, and help manage risks, timelines and budget while coaching teams toward high quality outcomes.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner in IT.
• 5 years of Business Analysis experience.
• 3 years of Cybersecurity experience, incl. cryptography concepts.
• 5 years of experience with Jira or SVN.
• 5 years of experience with Enterprise Integration Patterns.
• 3 years of knowledge of information security standards, incl. ISO 2700x.
• 3 years of IT Security Risk Analysis and Evaluation experience.
• 5 years of Quality Assurance experience.
• 3 years of REST API experience.
• 5 years of stakeholder management, negotiation and leadership experience.
• 5 years of internal communication experience.
• Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and collaboration skills.
• Results-oriented and customer-focused mindset.
• Strong accountability, initiative and team spirit.
• Excellent coaching and training capabilities.
• Proficiency in English and French and/or Dutch.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools.

Aufgaben

• Own, create, maintain and prioritize the Product Backlog before each Sprint.
• Understand business requirements and translate end-user needs into actionable requirements for the IAM team.
• Oversee the management of the global customer file according to customer needs.
• Ensure successful delivery, testing and quality assurance of functionalities.
• Monitor delivery progress through Product Pack Log Management.
• Define product scope and identify technical synergies between related projects.
• Develop and maintain the product delivery roadmap.
• Organize Sprint Review meetings and collect continuous customer feedback.
• Maintain effective communication with business and technical stakeholders.
• Proactively propose technical improvements and innovations.
