Job summary

BNP Paribas Fortis is seeking a Product Owner for the Windows and Linux Security Squad in Brussels. You will lead an Agile, multidisciplinary team focusing on secure identity and access management, including Active Directory and Red Hat IdM, while aligning with global IT security directives.

You’ll bridge technical teams and business needs, drive OS hardening and monitoring initiatives, and coordinate with IT Group partners to ensure compliant, reliable security processes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Windows/Linux security within large-scale environments.
• Proven experience as a Product Owner or in an Agile role.

Responsibilities

• Backlog leadership: Prioritize OS hardening, security monitoring, cloud migration, platform lifecycle, and infra security improvements.
• Coordinate incident response for authentication/authorization issues with IT Group partners.
• Design, test, and document disaster recovery plans for critical security assets.
• Track remediation actions and support audit campaigns; report progress to senior stakeholders.
• Contribute to lifecycle management of LDAP/directory services platforms (e.g., Microsoft Identity Manager).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve in-house security monitoring solutions.
• Translate security needs into actionable roadmaps bridging technical and business perspectives.
• Identify blockers and propose security practice improvements aligned with BNP Paribas’ IT strategy.
