Qualifications

• University degree in IT, CS, cybersecurity or engineering.
• Senior-level professional experience in security operations, access management or secure system administration.
• Hands-on with PAM and IAM solutions.
• Experience in identity and access governance, RBAC, and accreditation processes.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work with complex IT architectures.
• Ability to work in a multinational environment; English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement PAM and IAM solutions aligned with security requirements.
• Deploy provisioning workflows (Joiner/Mover/Leaver).
• Integrate IAM/PAM with Active Directory/LDAP and SAP, ServiceNow, databases.
• Define access governance models and RBAC.
• Monitor usage, run audits, and produce reports.
• Handle incidents, upgrades, and system hardening.
• Participate in procurement and coordinate with external suppliers.
• Communicate with teams and stakeholders in an English/French context.
