MSIG Europe SE seeks an Identity & Access Management Expert to design, implement, and govern the organisation's IAM framework across Europe. You will ensure proper access controls, lifecycle management, and data protection while coordinating with IT, HR, and business owners in a complex, merger-driven environment.

The role requires a Master’s degree and 5–7 years in IAM, with strong English communication and hands-on expertise in Azure AD/Entra ID, SailPoint, Okta, and related tools.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree and 5–7 years in IAM or related roles.
• Experience in an international, financial services or consulting environment.
• English fluency and strong communication across stakeholder layers.

Responsabilités

• Strategy & Architecture: define and maintain IAM strategy aligned with business and regulatory needs.
• Governance & Compliance: own SoD, access reviews, and audit-ready documentation.
• Security & Risk Management: identify identity risks and coordinate with SOC for incidents.
• Stakeholder & Project Management: lead cross-functional IAM projects and hand over to target app landscape.
