Pauwels Consulting is seeking an IAM Support Engineer to join our security and identity service desk in Brussels. You will manage technical access, resolve security-related incidents, and support migrations of service management systems.

You will contribute to onboarding/offboarding workflows, implement infrastructure changes, and develop security policies. Strong Azure, Entra ID, and ITIL experience are essential, with teamwork and English proficiency plus Dutch or French language skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent through experience.
• 3+ years of experience configuring and managing Microsoft Azure.
• 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) advanced configuration.
• 3+ years of experience in IT Networking: IP addressing, subnets, firewalls, routing, DNS.
• Experience drafting, monitoring, and executing ITIL processes and guidelines.
• Experience with Microsoft Entra components like Privileged Identity Manager, Identity Governance, Domain Services.
• Fluent in English with Dutch or French at C1 level.

Responsabilités

• Resolve incidents and service requests within security, privacy, and identity management.
• Handle onboarding and offboarding processes for various clients.
• Implement and monitor changes within infrastructure and account management teams.
• Develop and maintain security and privacy policies, standards, procedures, and guidelines.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to provide technical support and ensure security compliance.
• Contribute to migrating ITSM tools to a new service management platform.
