Job summary

EY is expanding its Cybersecurity practice in Identity & Access Management (IAM). You will contribute to growth by shaping our IAM go-to-market approach, lead client engagements, and provide technical leadership across IAM assessments, designs, and deployments.

The role emphasizes delivering high-quality IAM projects, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of IAM developments, and working within a dynamic, globally connected professional services environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of IAM/consulting experience.
• Knowledge of RBAC/ABAC, asset modeling and Segregation of Duty.
• Understanding of IAM tools (Sailpoint, Saviynt, CyberArk, One Identity, Okta) is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive IAM go-to-market approach.
• Lead client engagement teams and provide technical IAM leadership.
• Establish relationships with client personnel at appropriate levels.
• Perform current state assessments of IAM and develop roadmaps for improvement.
• Manage/deliver quality IAM projects with plans, budgets, and timelines.
• Stay up-to-date on IAM developments and regulations.
