Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management/Consulting.
• Knowledge of RBAC/ABAC models and Segregation of Duty.
• Understanding of IAM tools (SailPoint, Saviynt, CyberArk, One Identity, Okta) is advantageous.
• Proven track record of managing and delivering IAM projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and networking skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to engage C-level.
• Autonomous with team-oriented mindset.
• Proficiency in English; Dutch and/or French is a plus.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA are highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive IAM go-to-market approach to grow the team.
• Lead client engagement teams and provide technical leadership in IAM assessments, design, and implementation.
• Establish relationships with client personnel at appropriate levels.
• Perform current state IAM assessments and develop strategies/roadmaps for improvement.
• Manage/deliver quality IAM projects with plans, goals, budgets, and timelines.
• Stay up-to-date on IAM developments and regulations.
