Syngenia is seeking a Senior HV/MV Project Manager to lead electrical infrastructure projects from feasibility through construction and handover. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams across international environments, ensuring on-time, within-budget delivery and compliance with quality and safety standards.

Your profile includes a Master’s in electrical engineering, 5+ years in HV/MV projects, plus 2–3 years in business development and tender preparation.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in HV/MV electrical infrastructure project management.
• 2–3 years in business development and tender preparation.
• Strong knowledge of substations, HV/MV networks, grid connections.
• Experience with European TSO standards is a plus.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead HV/MV infrastructure projects from feasibility to handover.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
• Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with quality and safety compliance.
• Oversee project financials, contracts, risk, and reporting.
• Contribute to technical solutions, CAPEX estimates, and tenders.
• Coordinate construction, commissioning, and client relations.
• Identify opportunities and support proposals and negotiations.
