Syngenia is seeking a Senior HV/MV Project Manager to lead electrical infrastructure projects from feasibility through construction and handover. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams across international environments, ensuring on-time, within-budget delivery and compliance with quality and safety standards.

Your profile includes a Master’s in electrical engineering, 5+ years in HV/MV projects, plus 2–3 years in business development and tender preparation.

Mission

• You will lead High and Medium Voltage (HV/MV) infrastructure projects from feasibility studies through construction, commissioning, and final handover.
• You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams and manage all project stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• You will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality, safety, and performance objectives.
• You will oversee project financials, contract management, risk management, and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
• You will contribute to the definition of technical solutions, feasibility studies, CAPEX estimates, technical specifications, and supplier evaluations.
• You will coordinate construction and commissioning activities while ensuring full compliance with HSE requirements.
• You will develop and maintain strong client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and support the preparation and negotiation of technical and commercial proposals.

Profile

• You hold a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or an equivalent qualification.
• You have at least 5 years of experience managing HV/MV electrical infrastructure projects.
• You have 2 to 3 years of experience in business development, including client prospecting, proposal preparation, and portfolio development.
• You have solid knowledge of electrical substations, HV/MV networks, grid connections, and electrical infrastructure design.
• You have experience preparing technical and commercial tenders; knowledge of European Transmission System Operator (TSO) standards is considered an asset.
• You demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams in an international environment.
• You are fluent in French, Dutch, and English and are customer-oriented, proactive, and autonomous.
