Televic Conference in Belgium is seeking a Senior Hardware Development Engineer to own the complete hardware lifecycle of our mission-critical communication products, from concept to validation and industrialization.

You will translate requirements into robust embedded hardware, design multi-layer PCBs (up to 12 layers), select components, and drive validation, ensuring EMC and regulatory compliance while collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring products to market.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Electronics Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of hardware development for embedded systems.
• Strong knowledge of analog, digital and mixed-signal electronics.
• Experience with hardware validation, debugging and laboratory testing.
• Familiarity with communication interfaces and processor-based systems.

• Translate product requirements into reliable and innovative hardware solutions.
• Design and develop embedded hardware platforms for next-generation communication systems.
• Multi layer PCB design (up to 12 layers).
• Component selection /processor platform decisions / high-speed interfaces
• Direct contact with distributors along with procurement
• Drive hardware validation, testing and debugging to ensure optimal performance and reliability
• Ensure compliance with EMC, safety and regulatory standards
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to successfully bring products to market
• Support the transition from prototype to production, ensuring designs are manufacturable and testable
• Contribute to technical decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives
• Share your expertise and act as a trusted technical reference within the hardware team

Who are you?

You’re an experienced hardware engineer who enjoys taking ownership and solving complex technical challenges.

You bring:

• A Master’s degree in Electronics Engineering or equivalent through experience
• At least 5 years of experience in hardware development for embedded systems
• Strong knowledge of analog, digital and mixed-signal electronics
• Experience with hardware validation, debugging and laboratory testing
• Familiarity with communication interfaces and processor-based systems
