Smallpdf is seeking a Senior Growth & Product Data Analyst to partner with Growth and Product teams across Europe. You will tackle difficult questions about attribution, incrementality and customer value, translating data into strategic recommendations that shape investments and product direction.

You will collaborate with senior leaders, design experiments, analyze the end-to-end customer journey, and drive meaningful growth through rigorous analytics and clear storytelling.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Product Analytics, Growth Analytics or Marketing Analytics.
• Experience working with attribution or incrementality.
• Strong analytical reasoning and structured problem solving.
• The ability to independently drive investigations from question to recommendation.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence challenging assumptions respectfully.

Responsabilités

• Lead high-impact investigations across Product and Growth.
• Partner with Product Managers and Growth leaders to solve business-critical questions.
• Analyze the customer journey - from acquisition and activation to conversion, retention and monetization.
• Design and evaluate experiments, including situations where perfect control groups don't exist.
• Identify hidden growth opportunities across product usage, marketing performance and customer behavior.
• Challenge assumptions with rigorous analysis rather than intuition.
• Translate complex analyses into clear recommendations for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Data Science and Engineering on advanced analytical initiatives.
