Headit is seeking a Business & Data Analyst to support international distribution channels and e-commerce activities. You will translate commercial data into insights and help decision-making with dashboards, KPI tracking, and analyses.

The role emphasizes data analysis, commercial operations support and stakeholder management. You will collaborate with sales, marketing, IT and logistics; hybrid work is possible after onboarding and there are personal development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in economics, business, data-related studies or similar.
• Experience in commercial operations, business analysis, sales support, channel management and/or e-commerce.
• Excellent Excel skills and experience with Power BI, Power Automate or Power Apps.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsabilités

• Build and maintain dashboards, reports and KPI tracking for international distribution and e-commerce.
• Analyze sales data and translate results into concrete recommendations.
• Prepare management reports, business reviews and presentations.
• Manage CRM data, distribution information, market insights and competitor analyses.
• Conduct market research, e-commerce audits and benchmarking.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, IT, logistics and external partners.
• Identify improvements and automation opportunities using Power BI, Power Automate, Excel and AI tools.
