Ariad is looking for a Senior Performance Marketeer to accelerate the growth of a leading omnichannel retailer in Belgium and the Netherlands. You will own setup, management and optimization of digital campaigns across markets, blending strategic thinking with hands-on execution to drive traffic, conversions, and revenue.

You'll work with Google Ads, Meta Ads, analytics, and programmatic media, while collaborating across brand marketing, content, studio, and ecommerce teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in performance marketing and e-commerce, preferably in retail.
• Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, web analytics, programmatic and display advertising.
• Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision making.
• Growth mindset: test, learn, and scale what works across channels.
• Awareness of AI, generative search and LLMs impact on search and ads.

Responsabilités

• Develop and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and other channels.
• Analyze performance, adjust campaigns, and identify growth opportunities.
• Apply a test-and-learn approach, running experiments and scaling successful ideas.
• Explore AI opportunities to strengthen channel mix and measurability.
• Collaborate with brand marketing, content, studio, ecommerce, and external agencies.
