Prado in Belgium is seeking a digital marketeer to support the execution and optimisation of digital campaigns across our brands. You will report to the digital marketing lead and collaborate with a ten-person marketing team to drive performance and growth.

Based primarily in Ghent with a hybrid work arrangement, you will manage campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, Pinterest, and more; leverage Shopify and Klaviyo for ecommerce content and email automation; and apply data-driven testing to improve

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing, ideally in a digital agency or fast-growing company.
Strong familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Ads, Pinterest Ads and other paid platforms.
Familiarity with Shopify and Klaviyo to support e-commerce content and e-mail automation.
Solid knowledge of conversion tracking, data analytics and A/B testing.
A data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proactive, able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
Fluent in English and Dutch.

Responsabilités

Develop, execute, and optimise digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and more.
Monitor and analyse campaign performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
Conduct A/B testing to enhance ad creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting.
Work closely with the Digital Marketing Lead and wider marketing team to align with business goals.
Manage marketing automation, CRM, and influencer collaborations.
Keep up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.
