In4Matic in Belgium is seeking an experienced functional analyst to shape and improve information systems through strong functional design, clear analysis and close collaboration with stakeholders and technical teams.

You will translate business needs into practical system requirements and support enhancements from concept through to production, leveraging Agile methods and a data-driven approach.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years in functional design of information systems.
• Strong analytical thinking and structured problem solving.
• Experience in collaborative, cross-functional environments.
• Data-driven decision making for functional choices.
• Awareness of IT security considerations in system design.
• Solid understanding of software development processes.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.

Responsabilités

• Define the concept and planning for the preliminary analysis and design phase.
• Carry out functional analysis of information systems and prepare the functional design following the prestudy.
• Support changes and enhancements throughout the development lifecycle, including production deployment.
• Recommend and implement system improvements where needed.
• Develop new program requirements and specifications to address specific customer needs.
• Support system upgrades and help resolve issues in existing systems.
• Analyse service requests to assess feasibility, technology impact, required resources, and estimated project effort.
