Responsabilités

• Define the concept and planning for the preliminary analysis and design phase.
• Carry out functional analysis and prepare the functional design.
• Support changes and enhancements throughout the development lifecycle, including production deployment.
• Recommend and implement system improvements as needed.
• Develop program requirements and specifications to address customer needs.
• Support system upgrades and resolve issues in existing systems.
• Analyse service requests to assess feasibility, impact, resources, and effort.
